What size of business do you work with?

Our sweet spot is businesses with 10 to 500 employees — small and mid-size operators where the right system investment can compound for years. We work across industries but tend to go deepest in services, operations-heavy businesses, and anyone whose team spends meaningful time fighting their own tools.

Do you build custom software or implement existing platforms?

Both — and we'll tell you honestly which is right. Most problems are solved fastest by integrating, configuring, and automating what already exists. Sometimes the math favors building something custom. We do the TCO analysis so the answer is defensible, not preferential.

How long does a typical engagement last?

Discovery takes 2–4 weeks. First working increment usually ships in 3–6 weeks. Longer engagements run as fractional partnerships — ongoing advisory and delivery on a monthly cadence. We don't require long contracts.

What does a discovery call look like?

One hour. You tell us what's slowing you down or where you want to grow. We ask clarifying questions, share a few directions worth exploring, and tell you honestly whether we're the right fit. No pitch deck.

Do you work with our existing tech stack?

Yes — we're stack-agnostic. We've integrated with most major CRMs, ERPs, accounting systems, communication platforms, and data warehouses. If something is oddly proprietary we'll tell you upfront.

How do you handle AI projects responsibly?

Pragmatically. Every AI workflow we deploy has measurement, evaluation, and guardrails defined before launch. We don't ship agents that hallucinate into customer-facing channels, and we don't sell 'AI strategy' untethered from a concrete business outcome.
